Connect the Dots

Connect the Dots is a fictional after-school program centered around design awareness/education for young people who may not access the resources needed to practice design. Adobe is expensive, design isn’t being taught, but creativity is necessary. So, Connect the Dots bridges the gap.

Connect the Dots needs to be fun and attractive to young people while staying highly designed. Practice what you preach.

Jade is the fictional luxury-class sub-brand for Aeromexico Airlines. Aeromexico is the most experienced airline in Mexico and flies all around the world. As a luxury brand, Jade must appeal to the upper-class while staying true to the company's Mexican roots. 

Jade wants to establish itself as an extravagant indulgence that only a few can experience.

I explored several concepts relating to design, education, and support. The concepts relating to design thinking appealed to me the most.

A metaphor that I’ve heard for creativity is connecting dots that other people don’t see. The name Connect the Dots relates to this metaphor and the program connecting kids with resources and opportunity.
